Oscar Indica: building around the way tourism is actually sold.
Oscar Indica is a tourism business in Alagoas, Brazil, selling tours, transfers, and experiences. Its digital work brings together customer discovery, direct booking, and the consultative sales process that many travel businesses still manage through messaging.
A booking system needs to understand the sale.
Tourism customers do not always purchase in one click. They ask about dates, destinations, availability, group size, and payment options. The commercial system needs to support both independent purchases and human-assisted sales.
Connect the website to the operation.
The work has focused on building and improving the customer-facing experience and the systems behind it: destination content, booking flows, personalized proposals, customer information, and daily commercial processes.
Real usage is better product research.
Operating close to the business reveals what matters and what does not. That experience informs how we think about turning a bespoke operating solution into reusable software.
